8405af3f18 AK: Add find methods to RedBlackTree returning mutable iterators 
Mutable iterators are needed in order for IncrementallyPopulatedStream
to expand chunks after they have been added.

5ed7cd6e32 Everywhere: Use east const in more places 
These changes are compatible with clang-format 16 and will be mandatory
when we eventually bump clang-format version. So, since there are no
real downsides, let's commit them now.

ae3ffdd521 AK: Make it possible to not using AK classes into the global namespace 
This patch adds the `USING_AK_GLOBALLY` macro which is enabled by
default, but can be overridden by build flags.

This is a step towards integrating Jakt and AK types.

2bddf157b1 AK: Fix RedBlackTree::find_smallest_not_below_iterator 
Before this was incorrectly assuming that if the current node `n` was at
least the key and the left child of `n` was below the key that `n` was
always correct.
However, the right child(ren) of the left child of `n` could still be
at least the key.

Also added some tests which produced the wrong results before this.

4378d36f67 AK: Remove virtual destructors from non-virtual classes 
Problem:
- Some classes have `virtual` destructors despite not having any
  virtual functions. This causes the classes to have a v-table and
  perform extra jumps at destruction time when there is no need.

Solution:
- Remove `virtual` keyword from destructors where there are no other
  virtual functions.
- Remove the destructor completely when the default destructor can be
  used.

SPDX License Identifiers are a more compact / standardized
way of representing file license information.

e962254eb2 AK: Implement RedBlackTree container 
This container is based on a balanced binary search tree, and as such
allows for O(logn) worst-case insertion, removal, and search, as well
as O(n) sorted iteration.
