cb47dbfc7a LibDevTools+LibWeb: Show IndexedDB in DevTools
Firefox asks the storage watcher for an indexed-db resource before it
shows IndexedDB entries in the Storage panel. Add an IndexedDB actor and
serialize the live LibWeb database registry on demand, so WebContent can
return the host tree and table rows without duplicating database state.

Use the LibWeb inspection helpers to read IndexedDB internals, and keep
the Firefox protocol shape in LibDevTools. WebContent only forwards the
serialized response over the existing DevTools IPC path.

ddb4bdadd7 LibDevTools: Populate DevTools Web Storage
Firefox exposes localStorage and sessionStorage through the same
storage actor protocol used by cookies. Add matching resources for the
current tab so the Storage panel can list key/value pairs.

Read the values through WebContent rather than directly from the
browser process. Session storage lives in LibWeb, and using the same
path for both stores keeps the actor independent of the backing store.

deec1ec2c3 LibDevTools: Add cookie storage actor
Firefox discovers Storage panel data through watcher resources. This
adds a read-only cookies actor with the fields and empty store response
expected by the Storage panel.

Mutation traits are reported as unsupported for now.

DevTools storage resources all have a "host" key derived from the URL,
which we produce in `storage_host_for_url()`.

52e1d30404 LibWeb+LibDevTools: Report applied style rules to Firefox
Collect the style rules that apply to an inspected element and expose
them through the existing DOM node inspection path. This gives Firefox's
Rules panel real rule forms instead of the previous empty getApplied
response.

cf010885d5 LibDevTools: Add Firefox DevTools network monitoring support
Hook ResourceLoader to emit network request lifecycle events through
IPC to the UI process, where FrameActor creates NetworkEventActor
instances that serialize requests using Firefox's Remote Debug Protocol.

The Network panel now shows requests with method, URL, status, MIME
type, size, and timing information. Several features remain stubbed
(POST data, response content, cause detection) marked with FIXMEs.

41b4292447 LibDevTools+LibWebView: Implement initial accessibility tree view
This is enough for Firefox to display the Accessibility tab, containing
our accessibility tree which can be inspected. Most information is
blank for now.

There's quite a bit of duplication between AccessibilityWalkerActor and
WalkerActor - it might be worth trying to make a base class once the
details are figured out. Frustratingly, the two don't work quite the
same: for a lot of messages that would be sent to WalkerActor, the
accessibility equivalent is sent to the AccessibilityNodeActor instead.

d5fe7f7a98 LibDevTools: Pull DOMNode type and related code into new Node.h
Accessibility nodes will share this code, so make it available, and
rename DOMNode to Node.

This implements enough to execute JavaScript and reply with the result.
We do not yet support autocomplete or eager evaluation.

3f8b65e45c LibDevTools: Stub out a layout inspector actor
The DevTools client will ask for this actor before trying to render any
box model or computed style information. We can just stub out this actor
for now.

c56bf8ac93 LibDevTools: Implement a real actor for DOM nodes
The DevTools client will now send requests to the node actor, rather
than just sending messages to other actors on the node's behalf.

This exposed a slight issue in the way we assign actor IDs. Node actors
are created in the walker actor constructor, which executes before the
actor ID is incremented. So we must be sure to increment the actor ID
before invoking any actor constructors. Otherwise, the walker actor and
the first node actor have the same numeric ID.

5ed91dc915 LibDevTools: Implement enough of the protocol to inspect tabs
There is a lot needed all at once to actually inspect a tab's DOM tree.
It begins with requesting a "watcher" from a TabActor. It seems there
can be many types of watchers, but here we implement the "frame" watcher
only. The watcher creates an "inspector", which in turn creates a
"walker", which is the actor ultimately responsible for serializing and
inspecting the DOM tree.

In between all that, the DevTools client will send a handful of other
informational requests. If we do not reply to these, the client will not
move forward with the walker. For example, the CSSPropertiesActor will
be asked for a list of all known CSS properties.

b974e91731 LibDevTools: Implement enough of the protocol to see a tab list
Previously, we could connect to our DevTools server from Firefox, but
could not see any information on Ladybird's opened tabs. This implements
enough of the protocol to see a tab list, but we cannot yet inspect the
tabs.

58bc44ba2a LibDevTools: Introduce a Firefox DevTools server library
To aid with debugging web page issues in Ladybird without needing to
implement a fully fledged inspector, we can implement the Firefox
DevTools protocol and use their DevTools. The protocol is described
here:

https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/devtools/backend/protocol.html

This commit contains just enough to connect to Ladybird from a DevTools
client.
