Produce JS-visible string results as UTF-16 at their source, including numeric formatting, BigInt and BigFraction formatting, URI encoding, console formatting, parser errors, regular expression errors, Intl and Temporal records, LibUnicode locale boundaries, and LibWeb bindings.
