7f2ff6df4e LibWeb/CSS: Tokenize PercentageStyleValues properly 
- These should be Percentage tokens, not Dimensions.
- The `unit_name` is "percent", so the serialization also came out wrong
  as e.g. `10percent` instead of `10%`.
