c3bf9e5b79 LibWeb: Rewrite media-query parsing to match spec grammar
Past me decided that the grammar was overly verbose and I could do it
better myself. Which seemed fine until the spec changed and I didn't
know how to integrate the changes. Lesson learned! :^)

Rather than have a function for every single part of the grammar, I have
written some as lambdas, and combned `<media-condition>` and
`<media-condition-without-or>` into one function. But otherwise it's
close to the spec, with comments listing the part of the grammar being
parsed, so hopefully it will be easier to make future adjustments!

This does not add any new functionality.

23dc0dac88 LibWeb: Parse and resolve UnresolvedStyleValues
If a property is custom or contains a `var()` reference, it cannot be
parsed into a proper StyleValue immediately, so we store it as an
UnresolvedStyleValue until the property is compute. Then, at compute
time, we resolve them by expanding out any `var()` references, and
parsing the result.

The implementation here is very naive, and involves copying the
UnresolvedStyleValue's tree of StyleComponentValueRules while copying
the contents of any `var()`s it finds along the way. This is quite an
expensive operation to do every time that the style is computed.

dea4f83037 LibWeb: Use a string instead of an internal Parser class in Supports
Now that we can serialize CSS tokens, we can just hold a string and then
re-parse it when the Supports is evaluated. This feels a little weird,

keep the API cleaner.

738e682ae0 LibWeb: Make @import rules functional again :^)
The changes in commit d462a6720a meant
that `CSSLoader::load_next_import_if_needed()` was no longer being
called, so no `@import` rules were loading.

The spec does not seem to mention when that loading should take place,
but WebKit does this at parse time, as each rule is added to the style
sheet. If it works for them, it's probably not that bad. :^)

So, that's what we now do here. The `CSSImportRule` creates a fetch
request when it is constructed, so each one is responsible for its own
contents.

72d080b4ba LibWeb: Parse multiple backgrounds :^)
Like the `background-foo` longhand properties (except
`background-color`), `background` allows multiple layers to be defined,
separated by commas. A layer does not necessarily contain something to
actually draw!

This parses as a `BackgroundStyleValue`, holding a `StyleValueList` for
each property. This is mostly to make expansion into longhands simpler -
if we had a list of `BackgroundStyleValue`s instead, one per layer, then
we would have to break it up per-property anyway when computing styles.

8fd4678e79 LibWeb: Parse comma-separated lists for most background properties
We now can parse lists of values for these properties:
- `background-attachment`
- `background-clip`
- `background-image`
- `background-origin`
- `background-position`
- `background-repeat`
- `background-size`

This uses two new Parser methods:
`parse_simple_comma_separated_value_list()` for the simple case when
each value is parsed from a single token; and
`parse_comma_separated_value_list()` which takes a lambda for when
parsing each value is more involved.

This also means that any unconsumed tokens at the end will make the
parsing fail as it should, where previously we just ignored them.

988a8ed3d8 LibWeb: Parse CSS background-position property
This is done a bit differently from other properties: using a
TokenStream instead of just a Vector of ComponentValues. The reason for
this is, we can then use call the same function when parsing the
`background` shorthand. Otherwise, we would have to know in advance how
many values to pass down, which basically would involve duplicating the
`background-position` parsing code inside `background`.

The StyleValue is PositionStyleValue, since it represents a
`<position>`: https://www.w3.org/TR/css-values-4/#typedef-position
Unfortunately, background-position's parsing is a bit different from
`<position>`'s, (background-position allows 3-value syntax and
`<position>` doesn't) so we'll need to come back and write a different
parsing function for that later.

87a30418bf LibWeb: Add CSS 'Supports' class
The name is a little awkward, but this corresponds to the condition of a
`@supports` rule or the `CSS.supports("")` function.

A supports query only gets evaluated once, since its condition cannot
change during runtime. (We either support something or we don't, and the
spec specifically mentions that user preferences that disable features
do not affect the result here.) We keep a representation of it around
though, so that it can be serialized if needed. This is a little awkward
since we hold onto a `StyleDeclarationRule` which should be an internal
Parser class. This means making some Parser functions more public.

Potentially we could evaluate the Supports inside the Parser, and have
it only store a String representation of itself. But this works for now.

0db6ca4065 LibWeb: Resolve cyclic dependency between StyleSheet and ImportRule
Previously: CSSImportRule::loaded_style_sheet() (and others) depend on
the definition of class CSSStyleSheet. Meanwhile,
CSSStyleSheet::template for_each_effective_style_rule (and others)
depend on the definition of class CSSImportRule.

This hasn't caused any problems so far because CSSStyleSheet.h happened
to be always included after CSSImportRule.h (in part due to alphabetical
ordering).

However, a compilation unit that (for example) only contains
    #include <Userland/Libraries/LibWeb/CSSImportRule.h>
would fail to compile.

This patch resolves this issue by pushing the inline definition of
Web::CSS::CSSStyleSheet::for_each_effective_style_rule and
for_first_not_loaded_import_rule into a different file, and adding the
missing headers.

Whether it should be a Length is up for debate, and has been tripping me

c8c2a8df56 LibWeb: Make '0' always be both a number and a length in CSS
A '0' token can be interpreted both as a Number, and as a Length. This
is problematic as in our CSS parser, we often call parse_css_value()
first, to figure out what something is, and then assign it. So we do not
know in advance whether we want a Length or not. Previously, it always
got parsed as a Length, and then every place that expected a
NumericStyleValue had to also check for a Length(0), which is easy to
forget to do.

In particular, this was causing issues with the `flex` property parsing.

To solve this, we now always parse 0 as a NumericStyleValue, and NSVs of
0 pretend to be a Length(0px) when asked. In two places, we were casting
to a LengthStyleValue* based on is_length(), which no longer works, so
those have been adjusted to use `StyleValue::to_length()` instead. They
also now check for `is_numeric()` first, to avoid the extra conversion
to a Length and back.

Possibly this opens up new issues elsewhere. In my testing it seems
fine, but until we can get CSS test suites running, it's hard to know
for certain.

4065eb169c LibWeb: Implement CSS parsing convenience functions
These mostly match the API in `DeprecatedCSSParser.h`. The exception is
that `parse_selector()` returns a `SelectorList` instead of just one
`Selector`. The only uses of that are in
`ParentNode::query_selector[_all]()` which should be matching against a
list, according to the spec.

`parse_html_length()` is an odd case. It's used for `width="200"` cases
in HTML, so is not really CSS related, but does produce a StyleValue.
The values allowed in `width/height` in HTML vary per element, but they
are a lot more restricted than in CSS, so it's slightly inappropriate to
use the CSS parser for them, even though it's convenient.

We also ignore a few functions:

- `parse_line_width()`
- `parse_line_style()`
- `parse_color()`

These are all only used in `StyleResolver`, when it is given a property
value as a String. That won't happen once the old parser is removed.

2. SelectorEngine::matches_attribute() now makes sure there is a first
segment before comparing it, fixing a crash.

3. CSS::Parser now converts attribute names in attribute selectors to
lowercase, to match the expectations of the rest of the system.
Converting to lowercase is not always correct, depending on language,
but since we only currently support HTML, and that expects them to be
case-insensitive, it is fine for now.

8cae79cc8d LibWeb: Add 'PseudoElement' as a CSS SimpleSelector::Type
Same reasoning again! This is the last one.

While I was at it, I added the two remaining CSS2.2 pseudo-elements,
::first-line and ::first-letter. All 4 are handled in the new CSS
parser, including with the compatibility single-colon syntax. I have
not added support to the old parser.

96b2356cbb LibWeb: Add 'Attribute' as a CSS SimpleSelector::Type
Previously, SimpleSelectors optionally had Attribute-selector data
as well as their main type. Now, they're either one or the other,
which better matches the spec, and makes parsing and matching more
straightforward.
