9422ae9bb2 LibJS: Add infallible variant of VM::push_execution_context()
It makes no sense to require passing a global object and doing a stack
space check in some cases where running out of stack is highly unlikely,
we can't recover from errors, and currently ignore the result anyway.

This is most commonly in constructors and when setting things up, rather
than regular function calls.

515f3e0b85 LibJS/Bytecode: End for's variable scope after update block generation
The update block can generate bytecode that refers to the lexical
environment, so we have to end the scope after it has been generated.
Previously the Jump to the update block would terminate the block,
causing us to leave the lexical environment just before jumping to the
update block.

1fc6bbcdc3 LibJS: Stop generating switch case statements on block termination
After we terminate a block (e.g. break, continue), we cannot generate
anymore bytecode for the block. This caused us to crash with this
example code:
```
a = 0;
switch (a) {
    case 0:
        break;
        console.log("hello world");
}
```
Anything after a block terminating instruction is considered
unreachable code, so we can safely skip any statements after it.

a37bee919a LibJS: Use ranges instead of specifying all registers for NewArray
Listing all the registers will lead to the inability to allocate enough
space in one basic block (as there can be an arbitrary number of
registers used), instead switch to specifying the range of registers
used and save a lot of space in the process.

e517cb505a LibJS/Bytecode: Make NewArray write directly to indexed properties
This follows how the regular AST interpreter creates arrays, as using

array holes.

9f4cc6435d LibJS/Bytecode: Unwind to closest unwind boundary on Throw
This will leave any lexical/variable environments on the way to the

This will not leave the closest unwind context, as we still need the
unwind context to perform the Throw instruction correctly.

858bcac4c7 LibJS/Bytecode: Unwind environments before block terminating instruction
When we reach a block terminating instruction (e.g. Break, Throw),
we cannot generate anymore instructions after it. This would not allow
us to leave any lexical/variable environments.

This uses the mechanism introduced in ba9c49 to unwind environments
when we encounter these instructions.

ada8880f58 LibJS: Leave unwind context if it has no finalizer when using handler
For example, a try/catch block with no finally. The try block and catch
block do not need to unwind to a finally block, so the unwind context
is no longer needed when we jump to the catch block.

If we threw an exception in a catch block of a try/catch, there will be
no handler or finalizer and the unit would continue on as if nothing
happened.

This would subsequently crash with the `m_saved_exception.is_null()`
assertion failure when we next call a non-native function.

0356239f3e LibJS/Bytecode: Unconditionally end break/continuable scopes
Previously we would only end these scopes if the block was not
terminated. If the block was generated, we would not end the scope
and would generate other bytecode with these scopes still open.

These functions do not generate any code, so they can be used even if
the current block is terminated. The enter and end scope functions are
only used to track where to unwind to when break/continue are used.

d1cc67bbe1 LibJS: Avoid unnecessary ToObject conversion when resolving references
When performing GetValue on a primitive type we do not need to perform
the ToObject conversion as it will resolve to a property on the
prototype object.

To avoid this we skip the initial ToObject conversion on the base value
as it only serves to get the primitive's boxed prototype. We further
specialize on PrimitiveString in order to get efficient behaviour
behaviour for the direct properties.

Depending on the tests anywhere from 20 to 60%, with significant loop
overhead.

9264f9d24e LibJS+Everywhere: Remove VM::exception() and most related functions
This commit removes all exception related code:
Remove VM::exception(), VM::throw_exception() etc. Any leftover
throw_exception calls are moved to throw_completion.
The one method left is clear_exception() which is now a no-op. Most of
these calls are just to clear whatever exception might have been thrown
when handling a Completion. So to have a cleaner commit this will be
removed in a next commit.

It also removes the actual Exception and TemporaryClearException classes
since these are no longer used.

In any spot where the exception was actually used an attempt was made to
preserve that behavior. However since it is no longer tracked by the VM
we cannot access exceptions which were thrown in previous calls.
There are two such cases which might have different behavior:
- In Web::DOM::Document::interpreter() the on_call_stack_emptied hook
  used to print any uncaught exception but this is now no longer
  possible as the VM does not store uncaught exceptions.
- In js the code used to be interruptable by throwing an exception on
  the VM. This is no longer possible but was already somewhat fragile
  before as you could happen to throw an exception just before a VERIFY.

85f0fc2b83 LibJS: Return Optional<T> from Completion::{value,target}(), not T
In the end this is a nicer API than having separate has_{value,target}()

the unwrapped value:

    completion.has_value() ? completion.value() : Optional<Value> {}
    //                       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
    //         Implicit creation of non-empty Optional<Value>

This way we need to unwrap the optional ourselves, but can easily pass
it to something else as well.

This is in anticipation of the AST using completions :^)

676554d3f8 LibJS: Convert resolve_binding() to ThrowCompletionOr
The spec has a note stating that resolve binding will always return a
reference whose [[ReferencedName]] field is name. However this is not
correct as the underlying method GetIdentifierReference may throw on
env.HasBinding(name) thus it can throw. However, there are some
scenarios where it cannot throw because the reference is known to exist
in that case we use MUST with a comment.

4fa5748093 LibJS: Add an optimization to avoid needless arguments object creation
This gives FunctionNode a "might need arguments object" boolean flag and
sets it based on the simplest possible heuristic for this: if we
encounter an identifier called "arguments" or "eval" up to the next
(nested) function declaration or expression, we won't need an arguments
object. Otherwise, we *might* need one - the final decision is made in
the FunctionDeclarationInstantiation AO.

Now, this is obviously not perfect. Even if you avoid eval, something
like `foo.arguments` will still trigger a false positive - but it's a
start and already massively cuts down on needlessly allocated objects,
especially in real-world code that is often minified, and so a full
"arguments" identifier will be an actual arguments object more often
than not.

To illustrate the actual impact of this change, here's the number of
allocated arguments objects during a full test-js run:

Before:
- Unmapped arguments objects: 78765
- Mapped arguments objects: 2455

After:
- Unmapped arguments objects: 18
- Mapped arguments objects: 37

This results in a ~5% speedup of test-js on my Linux host machine, and
about 3.5% on i686 Serenity in QEMU (warm runs, average of 5).

The following microbenchmark (calling an empty function 1M times) runs
25% faster on Linux and 45% on Serenity:

    function foo() {}
    for (var i = 0; i < 1_000_000; ++i)
        foo();

test262 reports no changes in either direction, apart from a speedup :^)

To no one's surprise, this patch is pretty big - this is possibly the
most used AO of all of them. Definitely worth it though.

830ea0414c LibJS: Make scoping follow the spec
Before this we used an ad-hoc combination of references and 'variables'
stored in a hashmap. This worked in most cases but is not spec like.
Additionally hoisting, dynamically naming functions and scope analysis
was not done properly.

This patch fixes all of that by:
  - Implement BindingInitialization for destructuring assignment.
  - Implementing a new ScopePusher which tracks the lexical and var
    scoped declarations. This hoists functions to the top level if no
    lexical declaration name overlaps. Furthermore we do checking of
    redeclarations in the ScopePusher now requiring less checks all over
    the place.
  - Add methods for parsing the directives and statement lists instead
    of having that code duplicated in multiple places. This allows
    declarations to pushed to the appropriate scope more easily.
  - Remove the non spec way of storing 'variables' in
    DeclarativeEnvironment and make Reference follow the spec instead of
    checking both the bindings and 'variables'.
  - Remove all scoping related things from the Interpreter. And instead
    use environments as specified by the spec. This also includes fixing
    that NativeFunctions did not produce a valid FunctionEnvironment
    which could cause issues with callbacks and eval. All
    FunctionObjects now have a valid NewFunctionEnvironment
    implementation.
  - Remove execute_statements from Interpreter and instead use
    ASTNode::execute everywhere this simplifies AST.cpp as you no longer
    need to worry about which method to call.
  - Make ScopeNodes setup their own environment. This uses four
    different methods specified by the spec
    {Block, Function, Eval, Global}DeclarationInstantiation with the
    annexB extensions.
  - Implement and use NamedEvaluation where specified.

Additionally there are fixes to things exposed by these changes to eval,
{for, for-in, for-of} loops and assignment.

Finally it also fixes some tests in test-js which where passing before
but not now that we have correct behavior :^).

e37cf73300 LibJS: Rename OrdinaryFunctionObject to ECMAScriptFunctionObject
The old name is the result of the perhaps somewhat confusingly named
abstract operation OrdinaryFunctionCreate(), which creates an "ordinary
object" (https://tc39.es/ecma262/#ordinary-object) in contrast to an
"exotic object" (https://tc39.es/ecma262/#exotic-object).

However, the term "Ordinary Function" is not used anywhere in the spec,
instead the created object is referred to as an "ECMAScript Function
Object" (https://tc39.es/ecma262/#sec-ecmascript-function-objects), so
let's call it that.

The "ordinary" vs. "exotic" distinction is important because there are
also "Built-in Function Objects", which can be either implemented as
ordinary ECMAScript function objects, or as exotic objects (our
NativeFunction).

More work needs to be done to move a lot of infrastructure to
ECMAScriptFunctionObject in order to make FunctionObject nothing more
than an interface for objects that implement [[Call]] and optionally
[[Construct]].
