6f433c8656 LibWeb+LibJS: Make the EventTarget hierarchy (incl. DOM) GC-allocated
This is a monster patch that turns all EventTargets into GC-allocated
PlatformObjects. Their C++ wrapper classes are removed, and the LibJS
garbage collector is now responsible for their lifetimes.

There's a fair amount of hacks and band-aids in this patch, and we'll
have a lot of cleanup to do after this.

8cda70c892 LibWeb: Move event listeners, handlers and callbacks to the GC heap
This patch moves the following things to being GC-allocated:
- Bindings::CallbackType
- HTML::EventHandler
- DOM::IDLEventListener
- DOM::DOMEventListener
- DOM::NodeFilter

Note that we only use PlatformObject for things that might be exposed
to web content. Anything that is only used internally inherits directly
from JS::Cell instead, making them a bit more lightweight.

This commit fixes a bug found when passing exotic values in the

 - Linear gradients working as list-markers :^) -- best feature ever!

incrementally without breaking things.

ca2e345cdc LibWeb: Support -webkit-linear-gradient() correctly
The -webkit version of linear-gradient does not include the `to`
before a <side or corner>. The angles of the <side or corner>
for the webkit version are also opposite that of the standard one.

So for the standard: linear-gradient(to left, red, blue)
The webkit version is: -webkit-linear-gradient(right, red, blue)

Adding the `to` in the -webkit version is invalid, omitting it in
the standard one is also invalid.

7b4004d682 LibWeb: Ensure PercentageOr<T>::resolved() returns a concrete T
Which is to say, a T where `is_calculated()` is false.

As is becoming a repeating theme with CSS types, we have two states for
a FooPercentage that is a `calc()` expression: Either the FooPercentage
holds the CalculatedStyleValue directly, or it holds a Foo which itself
holds the CalculatedStyleValue. The first case was already handled to
return Foo, and with this patch, the second is too. :^)

3fce4f7c91 LibWeb: Resolve calc() FooPercentages that only contained percentages
Fixes #14697

Percentages inside `calc()` only got converted to the concrete type
(eg, Length) when added or subtracted with one. So if the `calc
()` doesn't contain any of that type, it would resolve to a
Percentage.

Now, we catch that returned Percentage and convert it to the proper
type. This fixes cases like `width: calc(100% / 2);`.

e7370443f2 LibWeb: Make non-finite CSS lengths resolve to "auto"
When we're performing max-content layout (a separate throwaway layout
pass that only exists to discover the intrinsic max-content size of
a specific box), we act as if the containing block has infinite width.

This allows an infinite length to propagate into the layout system,
which is fine, but at some point it needs to be turned into a finite
number or some loop conditions will not make sense and we can hang
indefinitely (e.g in the flexible lengths resolution algorithm.)

We fix this by making Length::resolved() turn non-finite values into
an "auto" length.

parent stylesheet gets set whenever the rule or one of its ancestors is
added to a different stylesheet. There may be some nuance there that
I'm missing, but I'm sure we'll find out quickly once we have WPT
running!

6e6607a92f LibWeb: Allow passing StringView to CSSRuleList::insert_a_css_rule()
The spec is a little bizarre here. One caller of this
(`CSSStyleSheet::insert_rule()`) wants to give it a parsed CSSRule, but
the spec itself wants it to take a string. (As will be used by
`CSSGroupingRule::insert_rule()`) Using a Variant isn't pretty but it's
the best solution I've come to - having two overloads was worse, whether
one called the other or they just duplicated the logic. This seems the
least bad.
