108de5dea0 LibWeb: Stop sending "load" event twice to iframes
The "completely finish loading" algorithm (from the HTML spec) is
responsible for sending a "load" event to nested browsing context
containers (iframes).

This patch removes the old mechanism for sending "load" events, which we
had mistakenly kept around, causing two events to be sent instead of
one. :^)

This changes allows for nested browser contexts to be embedded in the
serialized JSON of their container element (like `iframe`) and enables
their inspection in the DOM Inspector.

5c132724ea LibWeb: Properly handle the <td align> attribute
When valid, this attribute needs to result in an IdentifierStyleValue.
Before this change we were turning it into a StringStyleValue, which
then defaulted to left alignment for all values.

For "center" and "middle", we turn it into -libweb-center. All other
values are passed verbatim to the CSS parser.

0f393771b7 LibWeb: Move image resource request out of ImageStyleValue constructor
This always felt awkward to me, and required a few other hacks to make
it work. Now, the request is only started when `load_bitmap()` is
called, which we do inside `NodeWithStyle::apply_style()`.

e01dfaac9a LibWeb: Implement Attribute closer to the spec and with an IDL file
Note our Attribute class is what the spec refers to as just "Attr". The
main differences between the existing implementation and the spec are
just that the spec defines more fields.

Attributes can contain namespace URIs and prefixes. However, note that
these are not parsed in HTML documents unless the document content-type
is XML. So for now, these are initialized to null. Web pages are able to
set the namespace via JavaScript (setAttributeNS), so these fields may
be filled in when the corresponding APIs are implemented.

The main change to be aware of is that an attribute is a node. This has
implications on how attributes are stored in the Element class. Nodes
are non-copyable and non-movable because these constructors are deleted
by the EventTarget base class. This means attributes cannot be stored in
a Vector or HashMap as these containers assume copyability / movability.
So for now, the Vector holding attributes is changed to hold RefPtrs to
attributes instead. This might change when attribute storage is
implemented according to the spec (by way of NamedNodeMap).

specification's latest version, and is up to date with the draft spec.

f952db1a1f LibWeb: Implement PromiseRejectionEvent
This paves the way for the rejectionhandled and unhandledrejection
events.

It's also used by core-js (in browsers, at least) to check whether
Promise needs to be polyfilled, so adding it should allow more websites
to leverage LibJS's native Promise implementation :^)

c4826eae4f LibWeb: Rename Layout::BlockBox => BlockContainer
There's a subtle difference here. A "block box" in the spec is a
block-level box, while a "block container" is a box whose children are
either all inline-level boxes in an IFC, or all block-level boxes
participating in a BFC.

Notably, an "inline-block" box is a "block container" but not a "block
box" since it is itself inline-level.

85a0772147 LibWeb: Start work towards modern CSS "display" values
Until now, we've internally thought of the CSS "display" property as a
single-value property. In practice, "display" is a much more complex
property that comes in a number of configurations.

The most interesting one is the two-part format that describes the
outside and inside behavior of a box. Switching our own internal
representation towards this model will allow for much cleaner
abstractions around layout and the various formatting contexts.

Note that we don't *parse* two-part "display" yet, this is only about
changing the internal representation of the property.

0264ae23bc LibWeb: Make CSS layout lazier
Instead of doing layout synchronously whenever something changes,
we now use a basic event loop timer to defer and coalesce relayouts.

If you did something that requires a relayout of the page, make sure
to call Document::set_needs_layout() and it will get coalesced with all
the other layout updates.

There's lots of room for improvement here, but this already makes many
web pages significantly snappier. :^)

Also, note that this exposes a number of layout bugs where we have been
relying on multiple relayouts to calculate the correct dimensions for
things. Now that we only do a single layout in many cases, these kind of
problems are much more noticeable. That should also make them easier to
figure out and fix. :^)

962298b040 LibWeb: Don't update rendering in BrowsingContexts without opportunity
This patch adds the "has a rendering opportunity" concept from the spec
to BrowsingContext and uses it to filter out contexts that are unable
to render right now when doing the event loop's rendering updates.

Note that we actually consider all contexts to have a rendering
opportunity at all times right now. Coming up with reasons to avoid
rendering is left as a FIXME. :^)

This particularly implements these two points:

198bb322ef LibWeb: Fix null dereference when assigning an ImageStyleValue via JS
When parsing a CSS value in the context of a CSSStyleDeclaration
camelCase property setter, we don't necessarily have a Document to
provide the CSS parser for context.

So the parser can't go assuming that there's always a Document in the
ParsingContext. And ImageStyleValue can't go assuming that there's
always a Document either. This will require some more work to get things
right, I'm just patching up the null dereference for now.

We now follow the "update a style block" algorithm from the HTML spec
instead of using the ad-hoc CSSLoader mechanism.

This necessitated improving our StyleSheet and CSSStyleSheet classes as
well, so that's baked into this commit.

The ideal solution here is to implement a more spec-compliant event
loop, but while we get all the pieces in place for that, this at least
makes the HTML event loop a bit more responsive since it never has to
wait for a 16ms timer to fire.

e37cf73300 LibJS: Rename OrdinaryFunctionObject to ECMAScriptFunctionObject
The old name is the result of the perhaps somewhat confusingly named
abstract operation OrdinaryFunctionCreate(), which creates an "ordinary
object" (https://tc39.es/ecma262/#ordinary-object) in contrast to an
"exotic object" (https://tc39.es/ecma262/#exotic-object).

However, the term "Ordinary Function" is not used anywhere in the spec,
instead the created object is referred to as an "ECMAScript Function
Object" (https://tc39.es/ecma262/#sec-ecmascript-function-objects), so
let's call it that.

The "ordinary" vs. "exotic" distinction is important because there are
also "Built-in Function Objects", which can be either implemented as
ordinary ECMAScript function objects, or as exotic objects (our
NativeFunction).

More work needs to be done to move a lot of infrastructure to
ECMAScriptFunctionObject in order to make FunctionObject nothing more
than an interface for objects that implement [[Call]] and optionally
[[Construct]].

e07cf6f41b LibWeb: Paint bitmaps with rounded_int_rect(), not enclosing_int_rect()
This fixes the issue where an `<img>` set to its native size would
sometimes still appear blurry, because it had a fractional position,
causing `enclosing_int_rect()` to expand by 1px.

c34da16089 LibWeb: Make <script src> loads partially async (by following the spec)
Instead of firing up a network request and synchronously blocking for it
to finish via a nested event loop, we now start an asynchronous request
when encountering <script src>.

Once the script load finishes (or fails), it gets executed at one of the
synchronization points in the HTML parser.

This solves some long-standing issues with random unexpected events
getting dispatched in the middle of parsing.

This patch adds a basic initial implementation of these API's.

Since LibWeb currently doesn't support workers, this implementation of
messaging doesn't bother with serializing and deserializing messages.

f62477c093 LibWeb: Implement HTML fragment serialisation and use it in innerHTML
The previous implementation was about a half implementation and was
tied to Element::innerHTML. This separates it and puts it into
HTMLDocumentParser, as this is in the parsing section of the spec.

This provides a near finished HTML fragment serialisation algorithm,
bar namespaces in attributes and the `is` value.

4629f2e4ad LibWeb: Add the Web::URL namespace and move URLEncoder to it
This namespace will be used for all interfaces defined in the URL
specification, like URL and URLSearchParams.

This has the unfortunate side-effect of requiring us to use the fully
qualified AK::URL name whenever we want to refer to the AK class, so
this commit also fixes all such references.

7b92889e6b LibJS: Change Interpreter::create_with_existing_{global_object => realm}
We need both a GlobalObject and Realm now, but can get the former from
the latter (once initialized).
This also fixes JS execution in LibWeb, as we failed to set the Realm of
the newly created Interpreter in this function.

8fabaaa2a8 LibWeb: Make "top-level browsing context" concept more spec-compliant
Any browsing context that doesn't have a parent browsing context is now
considered a top-level browsing context. This matches the HTML spec.

1864b2b828 LibWeb: Make HTMLScriptElement create and run ClassicScripts
Before this patch, HTMLScriptElement would cache the full script source
text in a String member, and parse that just-in-time via Document's
run_javascript() helpers.

We now follow the spec more closely and turn the incoming source text
into a ClassicScript object ("the script's script" in the spec.)

Since we can't simply give HTML::EventLoop control of the whole program,
we have to integrate with Core::EventLoop.

We do this by having a single-shot 0ms Core::Timer that we start when
a task is added to the queue, and restart after processing the queue and
there are still tasks in the queue.

d7b6cc6421 Everywhere: Prevent risky implicit casts of (Nonnull)RefPtr
Our existing implementation did not check the element type of the other
pointer in the constructors and move assignment operators. This meant
that some operations that would require explicit casting on raw pointers
were done implicitly, such as:
- downcasting a base class to a derived class (e.g. `Kernel::Inode` =>
  `Kernel::ProcFSDirectoryInode` in Kernel/ProcFS.cpp),
- casting to an unrelated type (e.g. `Promise<bool>` => `Promise<Empty>`
  in LibIMAP/Client.cpp)

This, of course, allows gross violations of the type system, and makes
the need to type-check less obvious before downcasting. Luckily, while
adding the `static_ptr_cast`s, only two truly incorrect usages were
found; in the other instances, our casts just needed to be made
explicit.

519a1cdc22 LibWeb: Change HTMLToken storage architecture
This completely changes how HTMLTokens store their data. Previously,
space was allocated for all token types separately. Now, the HTMLToken's
data is stored in just a String, two booleans and a Variant.

This change reduces sizeof(HTMLToken) from 68 to 32. Also, this reduces
raw tokenization time by around 20 to 50 percent, depending on the page.
Full document parsing time (with HTMLDocumentParser, on a local HTML
page without any dependency files) is reduced by between 4 and 20
percent, depending on the page.

Since tokenizing HTML pages can easily generated 50'000 tokens and more,
the storage has been designed in a way that avoids heap allocations
where possible, while trying to reduce the size of the tokens. The only
tokens which need to allocate on the heap are thus DOCTYPE tokens (max.
1 per document), and tag tokens (but only if they have attributes). This
way, only around 5 percent of all tokens generated need to allocate on
the heap (except for StringImpl allocations).

This commit also changes how TextDocumentSpan::data is interpreted,
as it used to be an opaque pointer, but everyone stuffed an enum value
inside it, which made the values not unique to each highlighter;
that field is now a u64 serial id.
The syntax highlighters don't need to change their ways of stuffing
token types into that field, but a highlighter that calls another
nested highlighter needs to register the nested types for use with
token pairs.

requested position is not available. Rather, it will just return (0-0).

We currently only support application/x-www-form-urlencoded for
form submissions, which uses a special percent encode set when
percent encoding the body/query. However, we were not using this
percent encode set.

With the new URL implementation, we can now specify the percent encode
set to be used, allowing us to use this special percent encode set.

This is one of the fixes needed to make the Google cookie consent work.

f808279769 LibWeb: Implement encoding sniffing algorithm
This patch implements the HTML specification's "encoding sniffing
algorithm", which is used when no encoding can be obtained from the
Content-Type header (either because it doesn't contain a charset=...)
value or the file has not been opened via HTTP (as with local files).

It also modifies the creator of the HTMLDocumentParser to use the new
HTMLDocumentParser::create_with_uncertain_encoding static method, which
runs the encoding sniffing algorithm before instantiating the parser.

This now allows us to load local HTML pages (or remote pages without a
charset specified in the 'Content-Type' header) with a non-UTF-8
encoding such as 'windows-1252'. This would previously crash the
browser. :^)

dba261f79b LibWeb: Propagate body background properties to root HTML element
The Acid1 test has a bit of an unusual background - the html and body
tags have different background colors. Our painting order of the DOM was
such that the body background was painted first, then all other elements
were painted in-phase according to Appendix E of CSS 2.1. So the html
element's background color was painted over the body background.

This removes the special handling of the body background from
InitialContainingBlockBox and now all boxes are painted in-phase. Doing
this also exposed that we weren't handling Section 2.11.2 of the spec;
when the html background is unset, the body's background should be
propagated to the html element.

887fa18e32 LibWeb: Implement HTMLTableElement row attributes
rows returns a HTMLCollection of all the tr elements contained within
the table.
We leave the SameObject attribute off the attribute in the IDL as we
cannot currently return the same HTMLCollection every time (see the
FIXME on DOM::Document::applets)

The WrapperGenerator currently does not correctly handle the default
value for the type long on insertRow. Currently not specifying the
index will insert a row at index 0.

1b6824d296 LibWeb: Make frames nesting-aware and disallow deep nesting
A Frame now knows about its nesting-level.

The FrameLoader checks whether the recursion level of the current
frame allows it to be displayed and if not doesn't even load the
requested resource.

The nesting-check is done on a per-URL-basis, so there can be many many
nested Frames as long as they have different URLs.
If there are however Frames with the same URL nested inside each other
we only allow this to happen 3 times.

This mitigates infinetely recursing <iframe>s in an HTML-document
crashing the browser with an OOM.

649d2faeab Everywhere: Use "the SerenityOS developers." in copyright headers
We had some inconsistencies before:

- Sometimes "The", sometimes "the"
- Sometimes trailing ".", sometimes no trailing "."

I picked the most common one (lowecase "the", trailing ".") and applied
it to all copyright headers.

By using the exact same string everywhere we can ensure nothing gets
missed during a global search (and replace), and that these
inconsistencies are not spread any further (as copyright headers are
commonly copied to new files).

b092353e4d LibWeb: Add basic support for HTMLInputElement.form
HTMLInputElement now inherits from FormAssociatedElement, which will
be a common base for the handful of elements that need to track their
owner form (and register with it for the form.elements collection.)

At the moment, the owner form is assigned during DOM insertion/removal
of an HTMLInputElement. I didn't implement any of the legacy behaviors
defined by the HTML parsing spec yet.

Changes the FIXME, as according to the spec there is no notification
system to be notified of things such as the node becoming connected.

Instead, "becomes connected" means when the insertion steps are run,
the element is now connected when it previously wasn't.

This is done in this PR because the insertion steps are run when the
start tag is inserted. This made it try to prepare the script too early
for inline scripts.

The order of operations in the HTML document parser ensures that
the parser document is set before the insertion steps are run.

e3d01c5e10 LibWeb: Make the node mutation event functions spec compliant
This particularly affects the insertion steps and the removed steps.

The insertion steps no longer take into the parent that the node
was inserted to, as per the spec. Due to this, I have renamed the
function from "inserted_into" to simply "inserted". None of the
users of the insertion steps was using it anyway.

The removed steps now take a pointer to the old parent instead of
a reference. This is because it is optional according to the spec
and old parent is null when running the removal steps for the
descendants of a node that just got removed.

This commit does not affect HTMLScriptElement as there is a bit
more to that, which is better suited for a separate commit.

Also adds in the adopted steps as they will be used later.

d8106dda73 LibWeb: Add "Label" to be the layout node for HTMLLabelElement
The HTML <label> element is special in that it may be associated with
some other <input> element. When the label element is clicked, the input
element should be activated.

To achieve this, a LableableNode base class is introduced to provide an
interface for "labelable" elements to handle mouse events on their
associated labels. This not only allows clicking the label to activate
the input, but dragging the mouse from the label to the input (and vice-
versa) while the mouse is clicked will also active the label.

As of this commit, this infrastructure is not hooked up to any elements.

A FrameHostElement is an HTML element (<frame> or <iframe>) that may
have a content frame that participates in the frame tree.

This basically just moves code from <iframe> to a separate base class

(...and ASSERT_NOT_REACHED => VERIFY_NOT_REACHED)

Since all of these checks are done in release builds as well,
let's rename them to VERIFY to prevent confusion, as everyone is
used to assertions being compiled out in release.

We can introduce a new ASSERT macro that is specifically for debug
checks, but I'm doing this wholesale conversion first since we've
accumulated thousands of these already, and it's not immediately
obvious which ones are suitable for ASSERT.

29a2aac89a LibWeb: Start implementing <input type=text> using a shadow DOM
Text <input> fields will now generate a basic shadow DOM and attach it
to the input element.

The shadow DOM contains a <div> with some inline style, and an always-
editable text node inside it. Accessing the "value" attribute on such
an input element will get/set the value from that text node.

This is really cool, although not super stable since HTML editing is
not super stable. But it's a start! :^)

The approach of attaching sub-widgets to the web view widget was only
ever going to work in single-process mode, and that's not what we're
about anymore, so let's just get rid of WidgetBox so we don't have the
dead-end architecture hanging over us.

The next step here is to re-implement <input type=text> using LibWeb
primitives.

a59b1825ce LibWeb: Basic implementation of global event handlers :^)
Document and HTMLElement now inherit from HTML::GlobalEventHandlers
which allows them to support "onfoo" event handler attributes.

These are assignable both via IDL attributes and content attributes.

Event listeners constructed this way get a special "attribute" flag
on them so we know which one to replace if you reassign them.
This also allows them to coexist with EventTarget.addEventListener().

This is all a bit sloppy, but it works decently for a first cut.
The Window object should also inherit GlobalEventHandlers, but since
we don't generate it from IDL, I haven't taken that step here.

Also this would be a lot nicer if we supported IDL mixins.

7449c1b27f ImageDecoder+LibImageDecoder+LibWeb: Support animations in ImageDecoder
The ImageDecoder service now returns a list of image frames, each with
a duration value.

The code for in-process image decoding is removed from LibWeb, an all
image decode requests are sent out-of-process to ImageDecoder. :^)

This won't scale super well to very long and/or large animations, but
we can work on improving that separately. The main goal here is simply
to stop doing any image decoding inside LibWeb.

Fixes #5165.

5f9c42c404 LibGfx: Give Bitmap a scale factor
Gfx::Bitmap can now store its scale factor. Normally it's 1, but
in high dpi mode it can be 2.

If a Bitmap with a scale factor of 2 is blitted to a Painter with
scale factor of 2, the pixels can be copied over without any resampling.
(When blitting a Bitmap with a scale factor of 1 to a Painter with scale
factor of 2, the Bitmap is painted at twice its width and height at
paint time. Blitting a Bitmap with a scale factor of 2 to a Painter with
scale factor 1 is not supported.)

A Bitmap with scale factor of 2 reports the same width() and height() as
one with scale factor 1. That's important because many places in the
codebase use a bitmap's width() and height() to layout Widgets, and all
widget coordinates are in logical coordinates as well, per
Documentation/HighDPI.md.

Bitmap grows physical_width() / physical_height() to access the actual
pixel size. Update a few callers that work with pixels to call this
instead.

Make Painter's constructor take its scale factor from the target bitmap
that's passed in, and update its various blit() methods to handle
blitting a 2x bitmap to a 2x painter. This allows removing some gnarly
code in Compositor. (In return, put some new gnarly code in
LibGfxScaleDemo to preserve behavior there.)

No intended behavior change.
