Add adblock-rust to a dedicated LibWeb content blocker Rust crate and expose FFI entry points for creating an engine, matching network requests, and producing cosmetic CSS. Export a string result type for returning generated CSS to C++ callers. Regenerate the Flatpak cargo source list for the new Rust dependencies.
