Anchor the vertical tab sidebar to the full toolbar container height so it starts below the bookmarks bar when that bar is visible. This keeps the navigation toolbar and bookmarks bar unified, with the separator at the content edge. Update the sidebar geometry whenever the toolbar container resizes so toggling the bookmarks bar moves the vertical tab chrome immediately. |
