Shannon Booth a8a78100b3 LibWeb/Bindings: Add helpers for recursive IDL type traversal 
Add a small type traversal helper for walking IDL type references, with
modes for type-structure-only traversal and expanded dictionary/callback
traversal.

Use it for generated include dependency collection, dictionary
dependency generation, and GC-aware storage detection. This removes
several bespoke recursive walkers while keeping each caller responsible
for the action taken for each referenced type.
