Timothy Flynn 10ce847931 LibJS+LibUnicode: Use LibUnicode as appropriate for lexing JavaScript 
Now that LibUnicode exports its character type APIs in Rust, we can use
them to lex identifiers and whitespace.

Fixes #8870.
